- The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items purchased during special clearance sales (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to our address
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@aiobagworks.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
